According to the 17 Article of RA law about the “insurance of the road traffic security” after stopping the vehicle a police officer can offer the driver to get out of the vehicle’s cab or salon, if
a) it is necessary to remove the vehicle’s malfunction or violation of load transportation rules
b) there are sufficient grounds to suspect that the driver is drunk.
c)the vehicle has been stopped on suspicion of being under investigation and it is necessary to compare the numbers of the vehicle motor, trunk, chassis with the registration document’s records.
d) driver or passenger is suspected of committing a crime.
e)it is necessary or make a protocol with the driver or show assistance to the other road traffic users.
