Vladimir V., accused in assisting the secret embezzlement of the another person’s property, gave a communication on the fact that on September 13, 2014 RA Police officers took him to the division beating him, where also physical abuse was used against him and by direction thereof he confessed a crime not committed by him and his friend.
On the Basis of Vladimir V.’s communication on incident of exceeding the official powers by persons carrying out special service combined with used force a criminal case has been instituted pursuant to features of part 2, Article 309 of RA Criminal Code in RA Special Investigation Service.
