The Information Center of the MTA Ministry of the RA informs that the TIA project 6th Reintegration Cooperation and Coordination Meeting took place on 19 March 2015. The meeting gathered representatives of state institutions, international and non-governmental organizations working in the field of migration and reintegration. During the meeting Mr. Gagik Yeganyan, Head of the State Migration Service (SMS) of RA MTAES introduced the concept of creating a Forum of organizations dealing with issues of returning migrants to Armenia. The Head of the SMS External Relations Division further elaborated on the Forum, more particularly its purpose, activities, members, format, dissemination of information within the Forum, etc. During the upcoming 2 weeks all participating organizations will have the possibility to submit their comments, remarks and suggestions on the structure and content of the Forum.
At the end of the meeting the representatives of all organizations updated the group about their respective activities and developments during the last quarter.
