Artashes A., a suspect under the criminal case examined in the RA Investigatory Committee reported in Armavir Police department that on 21 February 2015, at around 12:00 the officers of the RA police department that carried out special service had applied violence, sworn and hit him with hands and feet in different parts of his body causing bodily injuries. As a result he confessed in the theft which he had not committed. Iravaban.net learned this from the Special Investigation service of the RA.
Based on the citizen’s report, the RA Special Investigation Service initiated a criminal case under the requirements of Article 309, Part 2 (exceeding official authorities committed with violence).
