Today, the Court Hearing on Hayk Kyureghyan’s case should have taken place in Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts. But it was postponed due to the absence of the parties. Only the Judge and the representatives of press attended the court room.
The court session was set for 27 March. The defendant in the case had fired shots in front of the same court on 12 July 2014.
At that time, the court hearing on the case “Shant Harutyunyan and Friends” was being considered there. Hayk Harutyunyan had climbed on a vehicle parked nearby, shouted and shot fire in the direction of the police.
