The Republic of Armenia Code on Administrative Offences provides responsibility for failure to carry out scavenging activities in time. In particular it provides imposition of a sanction in the form of a penalty of 100.000-200.000 AMD upon the officials.
In case of repeated offense during one year penalty of 200.000-300.000 AMD is foreseen.

Disposal of garbage form the collectors, garbage vehicles refuse bins etc in places other than provided for such purposes, provides imposition of a sanction in the form of a penalty of 20.000-30.000AMD upon the physical persons and 40.000-100.0AMD upon the officials.

Disposal of garbage without a corresponding contract or in places not provided for in the contract, provides imposition of a sanction in the form of a penalty of 20.000-30.000AMD upon the physical persons and 40.000-100.0AMD upon the officials.
In case of repeated offense during one year a larger penalty is foreseen.
