Liza Grigoryan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan city had applied for the second time for participation in the competition for Judges from the RA at ECHR.
She had participated in the first competition as well but was not among the top three winners. Now she tries again. The oral round of the competition will start on 26 February. The committee will test and evaluate the professional and linguistic skills of the candidates.
In the interview with Iravaban.net Liza Grigoryan said, that she attached importance to the result in any competition, but currently she was not concentrating on what the result would be. “The repetition, the learning process of something new is really present. I believe that participation in the competition or contest gives much to the professional, the lawyer. It contributes to refreshing the knowledge to apply it in practice.”
