“The Human Rights Defender has no received a complaint referring to the state bodies from the beaten activist Artak Khachatryan or any person related with him,” Shusan Danielyan, the Press secretary of the Human Rights Defender informed to Iravaban.net.
“Until now we have not received any application stating dissatisfaction from any state body or investigation process to be able to deal with the case,” Mrs Danielyan said.
