A criminal case has been launched with regard to the violent act committed against the representative of the authority and the excess of employment-related powers with the use of violence committed by the employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts in accordance with Part 1 of Article 316 and Part 2 of Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
The employee of Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia reported that on basis of the executive proceeding under review, during the act of eviction from the apartment the debtor’s son swore at him and his partner, threw stones in their direction, one of which struck one of the service employees and as a result of which the latter sustained bodily injuries.
The debtor’s son in his turn reported that the employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenian who had visited his apartment which was the actual place of residence of his family for the purpose of evicting them from the apartment beat him in the yard of the same building. They struck different parts of his body with hands and legs and caused him bodily injuries.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
