On Saturday, January 31 at 2 a.m. Hayk G., DOB 1974, was detained at the intersection of Khanjyan street and Sayat-Nova avenue, Yerevan following special measures taken by officers from Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since 30 January, 2015.
