4 persons were arrested in the framework of the criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee of the RA on the fact of the murder of soldier of the N military unite of Yerevan Haykaz Babayan was found hung. As a result of investigative activities carried out in cooperation with corresponding departments of the Military Police, Babayan’s fellow soldiers Vache Sahakyan, Movses Azarayan, Gnel Tevosyan and Norik Sahakyan were arrested.
The Information and Public Relations department of the RA Investigative Committee inform this and reminded that on 29.01.2015, at 06: 35 am, soldier of the N military unite of Yerevan Haykaz Babayan was found hanged from the horizontal bar in the sports ground of the same military unit.
The General Military Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under the requirements of Article 104, Part 2, Point 7. Investigation group is created.
The officers of the Military Police are carrying out all necessary measures in the framework of the criminal case to reveal all the circumstances of the case and to conduct comprehensive examination
