The medical examination must be conducted by the doctors of the medical commissions of the military commissariats, during the pre-conscription, conscription, going to military service and calls for military training.
If the is not possible to obtain a medical opinion about the citizen’s eligibility for military service, the local recruitment committee must send him to the appropriate medical facility to pass the medical examination, and if necessary to receive appropriate medical treatment. The Government approves the list of those medical establishments.
In the mentioned above cases the medical examination is conducted free of charge and in the order of priority.
