In compliance with the RA Law on Procedure of Discussion of Proposals, Applications and Complaints of Citizens, the general department of the NA Secretariat published the summary information of the discussions of the letters received in the 4th quarter of 2014.
According to the information 212 letters were received registered and passed to the NA Speaker, 48 letters to the NA Vice-Speakers. The NA Speaker and Vice Speakers hag replied to all letters.
553 letters were passed to the NA standing committees, all letters were answered. 291 letters were passed to the NA factions, a;; letters were answered. 21 letters were passed to the staff of the NA, all letters were answered. 4 letters were passed to the staff of the NA Speaker. 4 letters were passed to the Head of the Staff of the NA.
The letters included legislative, legal, health, social, educational, financial and domestic problems.
