A citizen Aghunik G. reported that the police employee drafted a protocol about taking testimonies from her son Simon K. based on the materials prepared in connection with the bodily inquiries without visiting the medical center. He dated the protocol for December 14, 2014, in the case when that his son was in the medical center in an unconscious state from December 13 through 18, 2014, after which he died.
The legal proceedings has been instituted in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia against the criminal case launched the Investigation Committee in accordance with Part 1 of Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
A preliminary investigation is underway.
