Arsen Mkrtchyan, the First Deputy Justice Minister will celebrate the New Year at home with his family. His two children of 10 and 11 years have already written letters to Santa Claus, Arman Mkrtchyan said. He also said that last year the ceremony of giving the New Year presents to his children was rather interesting.
“They were waiting impatiently to see how and when Santa Claus would come. They had prepared all the positions, the doors, the windows, etc, but all the same they failed to see Santa,” the First Deputy Minister said, and added that he would try to make the 31 December more interesting.
