On 24 December, Arman Mkrtumyan, the Chairman of the Criminal Chamber of the RA Court of Cassation participated in the selection process of the best decision in 2014, informs the Information Service of the RA Judiciary.
For more than three years the Criminal Chamber of the RA Court of Cassation has established the nomination “The Best Decision of the Year” and promotes the judge and the judicial officers who made that decision.
The Decision YKD/0252/01/13 made on 31 October 2014 on Ararat Avagyanand Vahan Shakyan case was recognized the best decision of the year.
