On 26 December, Major General Arthur Osikyan, the Head of Penitentiary Service of the RA held a year-end meeting with the all department heads of penitentiary service.
Summing up the work done during the 2014, the Head of Penitentiary Service instructed the department heads to toughen the service during the New Year and Christmas holidays in order to avoid unwanted and illegal occurrences. He especially emphasized the activities of protection and safety service.
