The State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RoA Government informs that based on the requirements of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RoA Government 12 November 2014 order 408-N on “Making changes and amendments in the 17 November 2011 order 320-N of the of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RoA Government,” starting from 12 January 2015 the State Registration Certificates on Property Rights will be provided in a new form.

At the Same time the State Cadastre informs that the State Registration Certificates on Property Rights of the old sample that were provided in the period of 1 March 1998 till 12 January 2015 are valid and stay in force. There is no need to replace them with new ones.
