On Saturday, 20 December, at 12:05 p.m. Aziz S., born in 1989, Armen H., born in 1991, and Mame M., born in 1996, surrendered to police as a result of special measures and explanatory work carried out by the officers of Vagharshapat Police Division. They were wanted under provisions of article 131, part 2, points 1 and 4 /kidnapping/ of the RA Criminal Code since 10 December, 2014. The RA Police informs.
