In early August 2014, the employee in charge of conducting state special service of Yerevan city Administration of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, met and had been in close relationship with Anna M. Since October 2014 he has decided to take revenge on her for her ending the relationship with him and defame her among her relatives, friends, employees and others. For this purpose, on 28 November and 3 December, 2014, he posted and then spread personal confidential information about Anna M. without her consent and permission in “www.odnoklassniki.ru” and “www.facebook.com” social networks in the WebPages, which he created under her name. The information includes photos, address, her telephone numbers and uploaded four or five pornographic photos of other people downloaded from other social networks and posted those among her photos. He also disseminated other pornographic photos by visiting the internet pages of Anna M.’s relatives and other people.
A criminal case was initiated in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia with regard to this case based on the materials received from the Internal Security Administration of the Police of the Republic of Armenia under Article 144 and Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the RA․
A preliminary investigation is in process.
