Based on the report of the citizen Lorik V., a criminal case was initiated according to the materials prepared by Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia under the requirements of Part 3 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
According to Lorik V., his nephew, an employee of the rescue service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, with the intention to receive from the RA Ministry of Defense the amount allocated to Lorik V. for the purchase of an apartment as a homeless as soon as possible, abused his confidence and persuaded him to provide s power of attorney. Using this power of attorney he received 13.800.000 AMD from the bank. The nephew gave him 8.960000 AMD of this amount and fraudulently stole the remaining 4.840.000 AMD.
The preliminary investigation is in process, informs the Special Investigation Service of the RA.
