The first snowfall in the capital city, which causes additional difficulties for the road traffic, causes accidents and naturally requires more vigilance and responsibility from the drivers.
We urge the drivers to be more attentive especially in the streets near the schools.
Please be vigilant and prudent while using the breaks on the crossroads, near the pavement areas and crosswalks. Also be attentive when estimating the speed and the distance between the cars.
We recommend all drivers who have not yet substituted the tires with winter tires to refrain from using the transportation means and use their vehicle only after they had adjusted it in accordance to the winter conditions.
Keep in mind; adherence to the road traffic rules and the requirements of operation of the vehicles in winter is the best guarantee for the safety of the driver, passenger and the pedestrian.
