“We`ll go and you`ll get to know”, according to Armen Petrosyan, witness on the case of former head of RA Judicial department and others, the police officers brought up this reasoning in 2013 while detaining him.
According to the accusation, Armen Petrosyan gave bribes to Angin Ghukasyan to get hired at the Judicial Department. The witness stated that he was kept in the police for hours. “I was at work, I was told that someone was asking for me, they were police officers. They took me to the police and kept at the 6th Department of the Police for 30 hours”, told the witness. To the question of the judge about the reasons he was kept for 30 hours at the police department, the witness could not give any answer.
He also stated that he was hired as an expert at the judicial department with the intervention of his aunt, and later on he had learned that his aunt Lilia Petrosyan gave a bribe of 2000 USD, and this made him angry. His aunt was working at the Institution.
During the judicial investigation the witness did not say who the bribe was given to to hire him. The accused requested to announce his preliminary investigation testimonies where it was mentioned that the witness` aunt gave the money to Angin Ghukasyan.
