This was an excerpt from the preliminary investigation testimony of one of the witnesses Haykanush Arikyants on the case of Former Head of RA Judicial Department state governance institution Misak Martirosyan and others. Haykansh`s father, Bagrat Arikyants is a defendant on this case, and he was the head of division of court bailiffs of the Court of General Jurisidiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Communities.
According to the accusation, Bagrat Arikyants with Misak Martirosyan and other division heads of Judicial Department abusing their official powers,enraptured an especially huge amount of money (115.782.033 AMD) specified as job salary and equal payments of the Institution in the period of August 2009 to August 2013.
Today Haykanush Arikyants refused to give a testimony at the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash Communities, and claimed her testimonies of preliminary investigation.
