On 13 November, at 01:45am, a call was received in Nairi Department from the OMC of the Police Department of Yerevan City informing that an unknown citizen has called them and informed that he was attacked and beaten in the cemetery of Kasakh village.
The operative group which arrived in place revealed that at around 01:30 during a quarrel, which occurred on the road near the cemetery of the mentioned village, two residents of village Kadakh, Vagho and Nano had beaten Vigen D., born in 1987 and caused bodily injuries and harm in his face. On the same day at 02:00, Vigen D, was invited to the police department to provide a report. Vigen D. was provided a forensic medical referral. Investigation is in process informs the police.
