According to the report of a citizen Lusik M., a criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia under Part 1 of Article 184 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the citizen’s report, the employee of Lori regional administration of the Police of the Republic of Armenia by way of abusing trust, suggested him setting up a joint business for which his apartment was pledged in the bank.
The sums taken from the Bank, as well as the sums granted by him to the police officer later as a result of nonpayment by him to the bank, the bank put up the above apartment for auction, as a result of which he sustained a substantial amount of property damage.
A preliminary investigation is under way.
