On Thursday October 16 at 7:25 p.m. Georgian citizen Gurgen K., DOB 1961, was detained at Bagratashen border crossing point folowing special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen division of the RA Police. The man had been wanted under the Turkish Criminal Code, articles 37/1, 53/1, 5461, 5462, 5463, 116/4, 119/1, 143, 151/1, 152/2, as well as article 142/1, point “B” and article 142/2, point “D” /robbery/ since 2012.
