At today`s Government session the Deputy Minister of Defense Ara Nazaryan presented two projects, the first one of which was regulating the process of the winter call to military service of 2014.
Afterwards Mr Nazaryan presented the RA Government Decision Draft on “GivingPermission”. “Its adoption is conditioned by the fact that the long-term purchase agreement between the Ministry of Defense and the “Artsakh” shoes CJSC on footwear acquisition set the prices with the 2011 market values, which have increased by now connected with the objective increase in the prices for necessary raw materials and other expenses in the production”, clarified the Deputy Minister suggesting to amend the purchase agreement. “Mr Prime Minister, in fact the sum to be added is 119.5 mln”, he said.
This sum got the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan into surprise. “But it was supposed to be 83 mln, how it could happen that yesterday it was presented like that. Did it increase that much over the night?”, asked the Prime Minister. Ara Nazaryan said that they will clarify the issue with the Minister of Finances. Afterwards Hovik Abrahamyan approved this project.
