The model of electing judges is inefficient for our reality. Gagik Ghazinyan

The model of electing judges is inefficient for our reality, says Member of the Constitutional Reform Committee adjunct to the RA President, Dean of the Law Department at YSU Gagik Ghazinyan.

“We are not able to properly elect other bodies, and now – judges?”, asks Mr. Ghazinyan. According to him the problems of the judiciary can be solved through Constitutional Reforms. “If we manage to set the Council of Justice, the result will be better than if the judges are elected”.
