RA president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Grigor Hovhannisyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Costa Rica.
The decree mentions in particular:
“Governed by the 8th point of the Article 55 of the RA Constitution, I have decided:
To appoint Grigor Hovhannisyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United States of Mexico, as Ambassador Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Costa Rica (Residence in Mexico).”
