Arthur D., a criminal suspect, reports that he was detained on November 27, 2013 being accused of committing a murder attempt, and was brought to the Second Garrison investigation department of the RA Ministry of Defense, where he was subjected to torture, and that in the process he gave evidence on the crime not complying to the reality. Arthur D. is accused of attempting a murder of two people through throwing a grenade into the lodge.
A criminal case under the provisions of Part 2 of Article 309 of the RA Criminal Code has been initiated. Preliminary investigation is in process.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
