The RA Constitutional Court Denied Nikol Pashinyan’s Application

The RA Constitutional Court published the decision on Nikol Pashinyan’s Case, where the latter requested to declare invalid the decision of the Committee of Electoral District 7, where Samvel Alexanyan was elected MP. Nikol Pashinyan requested to recognize him as elected MP from that electoral district.
