The Court of Cassation reviews judicial acts deciding the case on merits and interim judicial acts of RA Civil Court of Appeal and RA Administrative Court.
Based on the complaint the Cassation Court reviews the appellate judicial acts deciding on termination suspension as well as applying court penalties of the Court of Appeals.
Complaints against the interim judicial acts are considered without a court session.
