The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia has adopted the decision to reopen the case on the 6 May 2012 election’s majority candidate Nikol Pachinyan’s claim. Referring to the dispute of 11 May 2012 Decision N: 37A of the Election Committee of precinct 7 on the results of elections. The Court set the Court Procedure for 3 July 2012 at 10:00a.m.
It is important to note that in this case the Constitutional Court suspended the proceedings of 15.06.2012. SDAO -35 procedural decision requiring the state competent authorities (the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Administrative Court and the Central Election Commission) of the Constitutional Court to provide materials and information.
