Ogyun Samast who murdered Hrant Dink, the editor of “Agos” weekly has been punished again, Turkish periodical “Radical” informs.
Hrant Dink’s murderer told Khosrov Dink, Hrant’s brother, “5 years remained. We shall meet.”
The words were considered as threat, and Khosrov Dink filed a claim against Samast.
The Court found Samsat guilty and obliged to pay a fine of 600 Turkish Lira (around USD 350).
The trial was held in absentia as Samsat was in prison. He was sentenced to 22,5 years imprisonment for Dink’s murder.
