Earlier, we reported that an incident occurred at one of the casinos around 3:30 AM on October 26. An argument arose between casino employees and Nver Tsarukyan and his bodyguards, which turned into a fight, and shots were fired.

The Investigative Committee told Iravaban.net that criminal proceedings were initiated regarding the casino incident, criminal prosecution was launched against 5 individuals, detention was chosen as a preventive measure against them, and they were declared wanted.

Lawyer Emin Khachatryan, who considers the charges against Tsarukyan’s son unfounded, stated that in his opinion, the charge is a result of incorrect legal assessment, and Nver Tsarukyan was sent on business trips to Belarus and the Russian Federation. The preliminary investigation body detailed the charges against wealthy Gagik Tsarukyan’s son. We also learned that Nver Tsarukyan was sent to Belarus.
