Unified Electronic Whistleblowing Platform: How to Report

As part of the “Your Digital Rights in Whistleblowing” series, digital rights expert Suren Krmoyan presented the concept of the Unified Electronic Whistleblowing Platform and its current legal framework.

Anonymous reporting is a type of whistleblowing regarding corruption cases where the whistleblower’s identity cannot be determined. The state has established the Unified Electronic Whistleblowing Platform azdararir.am, through which whistleblowers can anonymously report information about incidents of corruption, conflicts of interest, violations of conduct rules, incompatibility requirements, other restrictions, or declaration-related violations.

Through the Unified Electronic Platform, the Republic of Armenia, represented by the authorized body of the RA Government, guarantees whistleblower protection by ensuring their anonymity.

The whistleblower’s anonymity on the Unified Electronic Platform is guaranteed through encryption of their Internet Protocol Address.
