On February 13, Azerbaijan’s armed forces fired at Armenian positions in the Inner Hand sector, killing:

Eduard Hamleti Harutyunyan (1974),
Gagik Varazdati Manukyan (1982),
Arsen Gagiki Hambardzumyan (1979),
Hrachya Talishi Hovhannisyan (1957).

The Ministry of Defense expresses its condolences and support to the family members and relatives of the victims.

As we have already reported, on 13 February, starting at 05:30, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from small firearms in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the Nerkin Hund sector, as a result of which, according to preliminary data, the Armenian side has wounded.
