The strategic mistake of the Armenian authorities and the international community led to genocide and Aliyev’s threats. Artak Beglaryan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, wrote in his X microblog.

“The strategic mistake made by the Armenian authorities and the international community in recognizing the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan and ignoring the right to self-determination has led to large-scale genocide and new threats by dictator Aliyev,” Artak Beglaryan said.
