Each and every refugee wants to return to Artsakh, but expects to receive strong guarantees of his safety and rights there. Former State Minister of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artak Beglaryan wrote on X micro-blog.
“Will the international community continue to support, with criminal inaction, the Artsakh genocide? Or will it ensure a safe and dignified life for this native people in their homeland?,” Beglaryan wrote.
