Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Catherine Colonna, criticized the Russian Federation during a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, stating that the Russian Federation did not fulfill its obligations under the 9 November agreement.
“Russia should ensure that the existing problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan get a political solution. It was Russia’s commitment, which was not fulfilled,” she added.
