The Municipality of Gyumri issued a statement saying:

“Dear citizens,

The Russian Military Base 102 located in Gyumri reported that today, on 4 October, in the period between 09:30 and 16:30, they will hold military exercises in the areas of the Russian military base 102 to maintain the combat capability of the troops. The exercises will be guided by a sound signal.

Do not panic when you hear gunshots in the city.”
