On September 21, a meeting between the representatives of Azerbaijan and Artsakh took place in the city of Evlakh, with Russian mediation.

During the meeting held in a corporate atmosphere, a number of issues of mutual importance were on the discussion agenda.

The parties specially emphasized that all existing issues need to be discussed in a peaceful atmosphere, with the readiness to continue the meetings.
