The message issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on 17 September, around 1:55 p.m., the Defense Forces units tried to place mines in front of the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of Askeran region, and at around 3:10 p.m. they opened fire on the occupied areas of Shushi region in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the territories, is another misinformation.
