“On 7 September, bread will be sold in the city of Stepanakert with coupon number 3.

Citizens who were unable to use coupons 1 and 2 for 5 and 6 September can buy bread with those coupons on 7 September as well.

The necessary amount of flour has been fully supplied to the bakeries.”
