The RA Police General Department of Criminal Intelligence Service finished the investigation on the murder case of Alvard Abrahamyan and Yurik Srabyan. The prosecutor involved in the case approved the conclusion. It turned out during the investigation that V. Abajyan got acquainted with the editor and her husband and after that V. Abrahamyan promised to find a cheap flat in Yerevan with the purpose of blackmailing.
The criminal case is sent to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative District of Yerevan.
Note: The suspected or the accused in crime is considered innocent until proven guilty according to the RA Criminal Code with the decision of the court entered into force.
