About 6 billion 628 million drams of damage was caused to the state. The Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a report on the crime to the Anti-Corruption Committee.

In 2004, the economic entity purchased a property belonging to the state-owned company, a sports complex, from the community for 125 million 963 thousand drams.

In 2006, the mentioned property was mortgaged in the bank for 3 million 500 thousand USD, and in 2014, based on the decision of the Government, it was handed over to the state in exchange for 9 billion 45 million drams of tax obligations to the state budget.
