On 5 November, around 12:30, the enemy fired in the direction of Khramort village. The Human Rights Council of Artsakh reported.
“As a result of the firing, the “Belarus” tractor belonging to Martirosyan, a resident of Stepanakert, was damaged. There were no casualties among civilians. As a result of the firing, agricultural works were completely stopped,” the message states.
