On 27 October, at 9:22 p.m., the National Center for Crisis Management received information that an accident occurred in the village of Qaghsi, Kotayk Marz: an electric train collided with a car, there is an injured. The help of rescuers was needed.

One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations left for the scene of the incident.
It was found out that in the village of Qaghsi, a cargo electric train and a “BMW” car (driver: A.Kh.born in 1994) collided, as a result of which the driver received various degrees of physical injuries.
The rescuers cut off the power to the car, and brought the driver to the ambulance> The latter was hospitalized in Hrazdan Medical Center, where he was discharged after receiving necessary medical care.
