The atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces against the captured Armenian servicemen are a war crime.

Armen Sargsyan, the Fourth President of Armenia, made a statement about this.

“The international community and institutions must respond clearly and specifically to these crimes,” he said.
